FOHRT Consulting exists to find the operational risk that threatens a deal before it costs you real money, not after.

We call it the Red X. The name comes from Air Force aircraft maintenance, where a Red X marks a discrepancy serious enough to ground the aircraft — one that only someone specifically authorized can clear. We bring that same discipline to private equity transactions and the private businesses at the center of the lower middle market.

Founded by someone who’s sat on the other side of the table

Brandon Rosas founded FOHRT after more than 30 years of professional experience, including a career spent inside the problems FOHRT now exists to catch. He supported deal financing across roughly $160 million in acquisitions from within a treasury function, then served as CFO, COO, and CHRO, leading divestitures, integrations, and mergers.

That’s the difference between advising on a transition and having lived one.

Brandon holds an MBA, PMP, ProSci® Certified Change Practitioner, and SHRM-SCP. Our team carries similar credentials across the disciplines each engagement requires.
