FOUNDER
Brandon has spent the past 11 years leading with public schools and education non-profits. Most recently, Brandon served as the Chief Financial Officer of KIPP ENC, leading finance, human resources, facilities, school nutrition, transportation, and compliance. He received an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, where he was a Swartz Fellow, and a BS in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Devin has spent the past 7 years crafting strategic operations plans, building inclusive leadership development solutions, and providing management consulting for Northwestern Mutual’s industry leading distribution systems. In addtion to creating strategic and financial KPIs, he also developed and integrated DE&I subject matter into leadership development work. With over 300 hours of coaching, mentoring, an developing leaders, he is excited to bring this knowledge to small-businesses and nonprofits. Devin received a BS in finance from NC State University.
