Brandon Rosas

Brandon Rosas is the Founder of FOHRT Consulting, specializing in strategy, talent management, compensation and operations. With over 25 years of experience in sectors such as consulting, education, manufacturing, and construction. Brandon excels in tactical talent planning and operational excellence.

In his role at FOHRT Consulting, Brandon provides strategic consulting and leadership to a wide range of organizations. He is instrumental in aligning strategic talent management and finance practices with organizational goals, ensuring robust and successful outcomes for clients.

In Brandon’s past roles, he held senior leadership positions at various nonprofit and education organizations including Edgility Consulting, NC Rural Center, KIPP North Carolina, and California Education Partners, where he consistently delivered competitive and sustainable strategic and operational solutions while building competitive, growth focused organizations. Throughout his career, he has a proven track record and a reputation as a servant leader who builds strong relationships and trust among all constituents, empowering successful collaborations and outcomes.

Brandon holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Change Management Practitioner.

Devin Rosas

Devin has over 10 years of experience crafting strategic operations plans, building inclusive leadership development solutions, and providing management consulting for Northwestern Mutual’s industry-leading distribution systems. In addition to creating strategic and operational KPIs, Devin has integrated DE&I subject matter into leadership development initiatives. With over 400 hours of coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders, Devin is excited to bring this expertise to the organizations FOHRT serves. He holds a BS in Finance from NC State University.

Jill brings over a decade of experience in data analytics and strategic insights to our HR consulting firm. With extensive experience in model development, stress testing, and risk analysis at major organizations, she excels at leveraging data to inform HR strategy, compensation structures, and talent management initiatives. Jill’s expertise allows her to translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations that drive equitable compensation policies, optimize talent management, and mitigate risks.
